Clean breakdown. One layer this kind of diagram almost always leaves out: how the agent actually reaches the outside world. Orchestration, memory, tools, observability all assume the agent lives inside a chat box. The moment it has to place a call, send a text, or hold a real conversation on a channel a human uses, you hit a whole stack of problems the diagram doesn’t show: identity, latency, turn-taking, what happens when nobody picks up. We keep finding that last mile is where most of the real engineering goes.
